What to Include

To help us resolve your issue faster, please include the following when you contact support:

Technical Issues

  • Your device model and operating system version
  • The Curlify app version, if visible
  • What happened and what you expected instead
  • Screenshots or screen recordings, if available

Account Issues

  • The sign-in method you used: Apple or Google
  • The email address linked to your account
  • Whether the issue is login, sync, or missing data

Subscription Issues

  • Whether you subscribed via the Apple App Store or Google Play
  • The date of the charge or renewal
  • A screenshot of the subscription status, if relevant

Common Questions

I cannot sign in.

Make sure you are using the same Apple ID or Google account that you used when creating your Curlify account. If login still fails, email support and mention the sign-in method and any error message shown in the app.

Premium is not active.

Open the subscription settings on your device and confirm that the subscription is active for the same account you use in Curlify. If the subscription is active but the app does not unlock Premium, contact support with a screenshot of the active subscription.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Subscriptions are managed by Apple or Google, not directly by Curlify.

  1. On iPhone or iPad: open Settings → [Your Name] → Subscriptions.
  2. On Android: open the Google Play Store → Payments and subscriptions → Subscriptions.
  3. Select Curlify and follow the cancellation flow provided by the platform.

How do I delete my account?

You can delete your account inside the app via Settings → Delete Account. This permanently removes your account data. Deleting your account does not automatically cancel an active subscription.
